Finally! The latest update to the TravelBlogger WordPress Theme (Version 1.3.5) is now available! We have added a number of great new features, and made sure to update it to work with the latest version of WordPress (3.2). We’ve made improvements in how posts are featured, added Google+ to the social media widget, added new controls over color and fonts, and improved SEO optimization in way pages are built. Here is a short list of the new features:
- Added support for Google+ in social media controls
- Improved functionality of Featured Post area
- Automatic featured images – No more need to set a “featured image” on a post
- Improved additional controls over colors and image customizations
- Improved SEO features
- Improved Google Maps widget
- Added support to display summary or full formatted text in the blogroll.
- Fixed miscellaneous bugs and updated to work with WordPress 3.2
- See the version notes on the download page for full details…
IMPORTANT – This update contains an important bug fix regarding Google Maps widget.
Several users reported that their global map widget would stop functioning after a number of results were shown. After further investigation, we discovered that there was an issue with Google’s geocoder API that imposes a limit of queries. To address this, the widget no longer queries the location live on the map, but when the location is saved in the post.
FOR EXISTING USERS – You must update the existing address to be compatible with the new data structure. We’ve made this easy as a click of a button. Simply log on to your wordpress account, go to APPEARANCE > THEME LAYOUT & SKINS. At the very bottom of the page there is a link “click here” that updates the existing addresses. You must run this or manually update your existing posts in order for the map to work.

Hello,
I have another problem with the map, I could choose one adress (Malta) for one post, and all my other post have this adress (Array, I don’t even know where it is, or none, ) I can’t change any adress of my post. Please help me!
Thanks in advance
Hi Barbe, could you please give me a little more clarification? I do not understand your issue.
Hi,
I have just set up my blog and it has “There are no comments, click here be the first one!” Next to the blog post rather than just at the end!!! It makes the site look horrible. Can I take this away – how do I do that????
Many thanks
Leah
There is no theme control for that at this time. You would need to modify the CSS directly. Would you like me to ask our developer where? You could also create a few simple comments or ask your friends too, so that area isn’t empty.
Yes please if you can ask where in the CSS i would be greatful! Sorry I didn’t realise you had replied. Yay! Look forwad to hearing from you x
Hi Leah,
We covered this in another comment, please check here and let me know if that helps.

We are currently working to make that an option in the backend so user don’t have to get their hands “dirty” with code
All the best,
Hey, I am developing a new site for someone on the current WP core (3.3.1 I think?) and when I use this theme, I get the error message below. I like this theme, and would like to use it, but don’t want to if these errors keep showing up whenever I enable it (but not with other themes)
Can you help me?

Tim,
I will need to talk to one of our developers about the issue that you are having, but we will be in contact with you about this shortly. Sorry for the trouble.

I also get this error message when I go to edit the header image from the dashboard sidebar (which I assume is part of your theme, and not some other widget I have installed)
